We collaborate to understand your requirements and tailor a personalized photoshoot in any country
Photoshoot Terms & Conditions
- Complete confidentiality of your photoshoot is assured unless both the model and photographer consent to publishing media online via a signed contract
- All photos available for preselection by the model will be delivered via a secure digital transfer in low resolution, accompanied by a watermark
- All retouched photos will be delivered via a secure digital transfer in high resolution, free of any watermarks
- All prices cover travel costs within Belgium
- The date and location for the photoshoot will be mutually agreed upon and communicated at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session
- The intellectual property rights of the photos and videos remain with Dirk Christiaens, the photographer
- The aforementioned packages are available for purchase through my webshop or bank transfer and require full payment before the scheduled photoshoot. An invoice will be provided for your records
- Cancellations of photoshoots will not be reimbursed; however, rescheduling to a later date is possible if notified at least two weeks in advance. Please note that all payments are final
- Any additional retouched photos selected by the model/agency beyond the package offerings will be invoiced separately at a rate of 50 € per photo
- A professionally printed photo book is available for order at an additional cost
